Our focus at the moment is mainly on improving the flow for renewing IP records. This release and the coming releases will contain additions and improvements to ensure the best possible renewal workflow while still supporting all the special cases.

Features:

  • You can now remove classes (and/or designations for a WIPO) when renewing an IP record
    • The produced instruction contains the details in the task details view
  • When deactivating a user which is assigned as a responsible to one or more clients, you will now be prompted to assign a new responsible for those clients

Improvements:

  • Designated countries under a WIPO record can now contain a national application and/or registration number
  • It is now possible to preview screenshots under Brand Protection
  • It is now possible to select multiple listings to take action on under Brand Protection
  • It is now possible to add a note to a listing under Brand Protection
  • It is now possible to remove a listing
  • It is now possible to search for Matters in Global Search

Bugfixes:

  • Task and Matters counters should now ignore status ‘completed’ and ‘removed’
  • In some cases, deadlines could display an incorrect date
  • Table filtering on classes only compared the first number
  • Archiving a graphical representation could in some cases still display it in the table view
  • In rare cases, it was possible to take a new action on an IP Record which was already allowed to lapse
