Responsible for the strategy and commercialisation of our Brand Protection (BP) platform. Works closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to define, develop and implement solutions to allow customers to manage and enforce their brands online as well as offline. Owns the product and services offering towards customers, overall user experience and product roadmap. Interacts closely with the rest of the product and technology teams to further develop the BP platform. Is responsible for the BP budget and go-to-market.
Actively and consistently leads all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Works closely with customers to ensure relevant feedback is received and acted upon.
Partners with senior leadership to validate the vision and tactical approach to develop and maintain brand protection products and services.
Develops and maintains detailed requirements for project and development teams describing function, features and user experience.
Prioritizes new product features, development milestones, project timelines and delivery timelines in close collaboration with the Product Owner of Brand Protection.
Manages budget and go-to-market activities for our BP services.
Aligns with other functional groups to understand, document, and represent their requirements within the applications.
Works closely with the development team to respond, clarify or define specific application behaviour, look/feel and function.
Defines and owns the execution of the go-to-market strategy for our Online Brand Protection (OBP) platform and plan.
Contributes to the Company vision of being the industry leader in our segment.
Manages financial framework to quantify value and cost of initiatives for our BP services.
Directs inputs and gains approval of key functional groups regarding product function or performance assumptions.
Defines product metrics and tracks performance and reporting structure to contribute to management.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English (professional level)
Demonstrates in-depth understanding of Brand Protection and related legal services.
Demonstrates in-depth understanding and experience working in an agile development environment.
A strong and consistent history of leading people and projects to successful, high-impact outcomes.
Demonstrates in-depth skills and abilities in performing financial analyses and preparation of business cases.
